This spacious 3 bedroom villa, sleeps 6 and is close to all amenities has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom with shower and bath, and one with toilet and vanity unt ), fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, 3 sun balconies and roof solarium. The communal swimming pool is located directly behind the house and is set in landscaped gardens (access is via a gate at the rear on the property) . The property has its own alarm and shutters to all windows. The house is five minutes away from Villamartin Plaza filled with restaurants/ bars and are very family friendly.

Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante, or 20 minutes North from Murcia ( Click here for map ) and is ideally placed for the golden sandy beaches at La Zenia a 5 minute drive, followed on by many other beaches with children's play areas, marinas and sea front restaurants. Just away from the water front there are many cafes, restaurants, bars, small shops and supermarkets. Villamartin has 3 golf courses, its own Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campamor. Villamartin is ideally situated for all, if your looking for a family holiday, a golfing holiday, a beach holiday or an activity holiday you are only a five minute walk or drive away.
